We
take most healthcare plans and welcome patients without insurance or
those who choose not to use it. Our account manager is happy to
negotiate payment. We do not take MassHealth and its related plans due
to increasing administrative requirements. EVERYONE: Please bring your current insurance card to each visit. STUDENTS: Be sure to bring a health service referral form to the first visit. This must be renewed each academic year. |
